Impatience is common when people have trouble sleeping or staying asleep. Everyone has their own symptoms, but they generally include difficulty sleeping or difficulty staying asleep. They may wake up every three or four hours and not be able to fall back asleep. When they can't sleep, they worry about what will happen tomorrow.
Difficulty sleeping
The most common symptom of anxiety is difficulty sleeping. It can be hard to fall asleep and can wake you up frequently in agitation until nightfall. Worried about what the next step will be, anxiety sufferers often have crazy thoughts and can't fall asleep.
Mixing
The main symptom of anxiety is mania. It is sometimes expressed as a feeling of being anxious, nervous and excited. This may be sudden and irrational. It may feel like it is going to explode. It may also appear occasionally or persist. In some cases, it may precede the anxiety symptoms in other ways.
Phobic Disorders
Medications and therapy are available to people with panic disorder. All of these treatments can ease symptoms. Therapy can help patients understand their symptoms better, develop skills to cope with these symptoms, and in some cases, stop panicking. However, therapy is not a good way to treat panic disorder and takes time to be effective.
